Task Force Technician - Groupe Atlantic Romania
General Mission:
Production of items according to the drawings made by the industrialization engineer.
Activities to Be Carried Out:
- Analyzing engineering designs according to welding standards and requirements.
- Conducting failure analyses and identifying root causes of welding issues.
- Creating products according to drawings provided by the industrialization engineer, including material cutting, assembly, welding, and painting.
- Joining and welding production machine parts.
- Performing locksmith-related work (smoothing and polishing rough edges).
- Welding using TIG, MIG, electric, or autogenous methods (mainly autogenous).
- Using grinder and cutting tools.
- Using special tools and equipment to mechanically hold, fasten, and install components.
- Ensuring all welding equipment is maintained in proper working condition and keeping the welding workshop clean and organized.
- Not working with damaged equipment and informing the direct supervisor (N+1) if any equipment is damaged.
- Monitoring welding materials and placing orders when required.
- Ensuring all welding and cutting work is performed using appropriate protective gear (gloves, safety hood, glasses, harness for work at height).
- Assessing the working environment and implementing protection measures before starting any hot work.
- Proper placement of finished products in the warehouse according to established procedures.
- At least 1 year of experience in the same or similar position.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Detail-oriented.

- Work outside the regular production schedule may be required (night shifts, weekends).
