Process Manager (Ploiesti)

As a guarantor of the performance of his scope, Process Manager supervises the team in charge of control, improvement and reliability of all manufacturing processes.
Managing People and activities:
- Ensure the suitability of his team with the mission of his scope: recruit, integrate, evaluate, retain, motivate by embodying and promoting the principles of the group;
- Contribute to and monitor the preparation of the budget for his scope;
- Based on the actions/projects anticipated within his scope, propose its budget;
- Organize and monitor your team’s operational activity;
- Lead and/or supervise projects related to his activity;
- Share the vision, orientations and priorities of the Management (Group, Division, Site) for involve his team;
- Accompany the change to his/her team.
Manage the business activity within his scope:
- With his/her Team, develop the process performance measurement system and monitor the indicators;
- Analyze indicators and implement associated corrective actions with validation by the results;
- Participate in the development of action plans to achieve production objectives and oversee their implementation.
Drive the continuous improvement process within his scope:
- Drive, deploy and maintain the culture of continuous improvement by places the necessary means and tools;
- Validate team continuous improvement proposals and oversee plans of necessary actions;
- Contribute to internal or transversal projects as a representative of his business;
- Lead internal and/or cross-functional projects as a reference for his/her business;
- Structure learnings and integrate them into the processes related to their activity;
- Structure learning / feedback and contribute to the evolution of group process.
- Education: Chemical Engineering degree or Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering with a welding, chemical steel, background from a university;
- Relevant experience: minimum 3-5 years of manufacturing, fabrication or related industry experience;
- General knowledge in team management / cross-functional;
- Advanced knowledge of physics (mechanical, electrical) or mathematics applied or industrial computing (information systems, automation, production) and specific processes depending on the production of the plan (ARO: Welding - Foaming and Enemaling);
- General knowledge of continuous improvement tools and analysis methods: FMEA, 5M, Lean Manufacturing;
- Comfortable with managing statistics;
- General knowledge of project-related tools (project methods, AMDEC);
- Computer knowledge: Microsoft Suit, SAP;
- General knowledge of test protocols/methodologies;
- Knowledge of industry and its constraints;
- Languages: English (Fluent level).
