Maintenance Coordinator
GENERAL MISSION
Supervises the activity for Maintenance and Facility to secure equipment availability and reliability at optimum cost. Manages Technicians activity: breakdown, prevetives plans, reduction process and improvement activities, energy saving actions with agreement and validation of Maintenance
Manager. Reporting to Maintenance & Industrialisation Manager.
- Organizing team plans & scheduling 60 %
- Supervises and support Maintenance and Facility Technician to organize team plans & scheduling
- Collects work requests from customer departments, creates and monitors execution of the work orders (preventive, improvement) in
- Mainti-4 program,organize the team according to the priorities.
- Ensures shift reporting is conducted by the maintenance technicians properly.
- Participates Daily Maintenance TOP5 meetings
- Participates Weekly Maintenance TOP30 meetings
- Participates in other department’s TOP30 meetings and keep up commitments taken with maintenance team in absence of Maintenance responsible.
- Participates Maintenance GAP Committee and monitors maintenance KPI’s, suggestions, kaizen and safety topics on the board.
- Participate with Maintenance Manager to ensures competence development of the team by identifying skill gaps and training plans
- Participate with Maintenance Manager to ensures all the electrical legal requirement is in place (compensation system, grounding system, krane & bulk air controls, etc.)
- Handles the maintenance purchasing orders in SAP (specification, quotation, contracts, deliveries and invoicing) with the approval of the manager.
- Be responsible for following contractors activities.
- Analyze Planned Maintenance time and identify time reduction improvements.
- Participate with Maintenance Manager by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions
- Ensures safety in Maintenance Areas & activities
- Ensures risk analyses of the routine / non routine maintenance activities and workshop equipment
- Manages breakdown reduction process 20 %

- Participe of breakdown reduction process for zero breakdown achievement.
- Participate with Maintenance Manager of daily Line-QRQC analysis and breakdown deployment process
- Prepares daily / monthly reports and statistics on maintenance performance (number of breakdown, planned maintenance realization rates, downtime, spare part & consumable usage) for Maintenance Manager
- Ensure Annual Maintenance Plan is running for all the machines with clear standards for the tasks (instructions documented, risk assessed, spare parts allocated to tasks) and being continuously updated according to the QRQC actions
- Ensure Maintenance documentation (technical files, drawings, procedures/forms, manuals, OPLs, software backup files) correctly stored and updated.
- Follows stock amount of the spare parts and ensures optimal inventory of spare parts in technical warehouse
- Manages energy saving and cost reduction activities 20 %
- Participates of energy saving and cost reduction activities in coordination with maintenance manager, Technicians, technical warehouse storekeeper
- Participate of technical consumable, spare parts and maintenance cost reduction activities
- Leads factory energy saving & efficiency activities,
- Participate to factory improvement projects
- Electric-Electronics Engineer or Mechatronics Engineer
- Good level in English
- Good command of MS Office
- Knowledge of problem-solving tools & methods (QRQC, PDCA, 5Why, Fishbone etc.)
- Project management skills
- Good at AutoCAD program
- APS/WEGA method and tools
