We are involved, together with our clients, who are also our partners in developing and implementing projects.
- Recruiting and selecting candidates through a variety of sources;
- Involved in recruitment processes with main focus in engineering and IT;
- Create and deliver sourcing strategies;
- Plan the recruitment strategy and choose the sourcing channels;
- Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates;
- Handle and updating job adds; define job description and job specifications;
- Manage selection process such as: CV screening, interviews scheduling, face-to-face interviews, recommending candidates;
- Develop a data base of candidates in advance of need;
- Working closely with the client in order to improve the recruitment process;
- Participate in weekly and monthly team meetings.
- At least 1-2 years of previous experience in the recruitment field;
- Strong ability to find passive candidates;
- Good social and problem solving skills;
- Communicative, organized and goal oriented;
- Excellent Internet and Microsoft Office skills;
- Advanced level of English;
- French would be a plus.
